Phase 4, the latest development at Link Business Centre, in Malvern Link, has recently been completed. The new development, consisting of seven high specification, energy efficient industrial units with excellent insulation values, are quickly being filled.
5 out of the 7 units have been taken by existing tenants; 2 are already occupied, 4 have terms agreed – all within 1 month of building work having been completed. Proving that the Centre is an ideal environment to ensure efficiency and productivity for local businesses, and has plenty of satisfied occupiers who are trading successfully and are ready to expand.
Mid West Automation is one such success story:
The completion of the new units came at the perfect time, allowing MWA to expand without having to incur the costs of moving their machinery. The increased space will be ideal in allowing them to grow their manufacturing services, and they have also been able to add to the team, consisting as it now does of a staff of five full-time employees and one part-time employee.
Commenting on the new units, Managing Director, Andy Haigh said:
“The units are extremely energy efficient, with high insulation values. This will make substantial savings on heating costs, and the consistency of the temperature is ideal for storing materials.” There is a noticeable difference in temperature between the new unit and our existing one… at least 5 degrees.”
Link Business Centre has been providing modern business accommodation since 1980 in a secure environment with active management from the on site team.
