The Friday Beer Company Limited, Unit 20, Link Business Centre is a new Microbrewery that is owned and run by scientists Andrew Kier, Perry Jackson and Gerald Williams.
They will be starting this new venture with an initial phase of experimental brewing, focusing on producing a real-ale with a distinctive flavour, which will capture the spirit of the Malvern Hills and uses local ingredients.
The scientific background of the three owners is ideally suited to what is a very technical industry. Prior to the formation of the company Andrew, Perry and Gerald received training in brewing technology and chemistry at various Brewing Institutes across the UK.
Once suitable beer recipes have been perfected the company will be selling bottle-conditioned real ale to a wide range of outlets. At full operational capacity the Microbrewery will be able to manufacture and sell up to one to two thousand bottles per week.
