Car specialist delighted with new Malvern premises
Business in Malvern is still growing, even in today’s tough financial climate, according to local entrepreneurs, Martin Wilesmith and George Mundy.
Both men were delighted to shake hands on a deal that helps further develop their own businesses and should prove beneficial to the local economy.
Martin is the proprietor of Link Business Centre (LBC), a development providing purpose-built business premises. George Mundy is the principle of Monza Ltd, the specialist car retailer, and has just secured the last of the seven units of Phase 4 of LBC’s latest development.
Ideally located for excellent road and rail access, the Malvern Link units provide secure business locations for a whole range of companies. This, aligned to their competitive pricing structure, makes them ideal for small and medium sized enterprises.
Speaking about the completion of the deal, LBC proprietor, Martin Wilesmith, says: “this represents a successful conclusion to the latest development which was only completed three months ago and is testimony to the high level of service provided by the Wilesmith family to all our occupiers. In fact, the majority of the new units have been leased by existing tenants who are expanding their businesses.”
Monza Ltd, which has been trading since 2005, offer a bespoke sales experience to their clients.
Its principle, George Mundy says: “It is an exciting time for our company. The new premises enable us to provide a higher level of service to our customers who visit Malvern from all over the UK. The location and premises’ facilities allow clients to view the high specification cars that we source and guarantee.”
