At Link and Upton Business Centres, we believe that a personal approach and a rapid response to any issues is a contributory factor to the loyalty of our tenants.
Our Property Manager Richard Evans is on-site at Malvern alongside Sue Lane who deals with the administration and accounts side of the business. The Centres are owned by the Wilesmith family, with father and son Martin and Mark Wilesmith heading up the business.
There is a strong sense of community among the tenants and this friendly ambience is just one of the many reasons for the popularity of the sites. For the owners, the upkeep and maintenance of the communal areas is high on their list of priorities.
Recent improvements include the installation of a new security system at Upton Business Centre, the oversheeting of roofs to meet new Government EPC requirements, improvements to the lighting system, the resurfacing of Link Way (the entrance to road leading down to Link Business Centre) and the installation of a pumping station and rising main at Upton.
